Ms. Harrington founded Harramor Enterprises Ltd. in Washington, DC. Ms. Harrington and her team trained 77 farmers in northern Ghana on the post-harvest handling, storage and transportation of agricultural products going into the export market. A follow on contract through USAID allowed for the training of 24 exporters of non-traditional products in exporting products to the U.S. successfully. Her team trained participants that were “export ready” on U.S. Customs, USDA, and FDA regulations and procedures. Of the 24 exporters, five participated in a trade mission, along with six government officials, to the U.S. to follow their products to market.
